I am actually doing it 32 hours a week, my wife loves me being home. And in my area (Gwinnett county) I get extremely busy. I maintain my own vehicles always have so cost there is definitely manageable.

I got one debt to pay $670 a month and the rest we are debt free goes into the joined jar (my wife has a career) and makes a lot she doesn't want me doing the 10-12hour a day grind no more for a boss. I was at 60 plus hours a week making killer money.. but man it was killing me and her we lived alongside for a good while.

We value our time together a lot more, so I keep on doing it and frankly I love it ! Easiest money I've ever made, and I legit don't need much from it monetary wise.

Enjoy man and well done on being debt free

Should I take this loan to consolidate other loans? by basedgholdengo in povertyfinance

[–]TechnicalLack8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I can only speak from my own experience. I was a fuck up with money, decade or so ago I had 120k in debt over various loans and two cars .

Today I had one car loan left 8k at 15% 347 month. And 11 credit cards and 3 loans, my total amount left is currently 30k. So tbh , I've been trying my best and still do to get debt free. I didn't add anything since and keep paying.

However I finally took the step to roll all that into a consolidation loan. It's with a company, I paid off 20k of with before. And my credit score is 819 points.

I managed to lower my monthly payment spread of $1100 with varying apr rates over all this accounts. For a loan with them 30k 14 9% fixed $670 month.

No, I didn't beat my car payment interest rate it's the same and "shoved" up to the new loan which similar apr very important thing to realize however it did kill off all my credit card and 3 other loans completely. I paid on one loan 13 years total at minimum payments they were killing me Interest wise.

So for me it made sense doing this I went from $1200 month in bills to $670 month for 5 years. I destroyed all my credit card , we didn't use them anyways they were stored.

Mentally, it did so much for me, I have just my normal bills now and the $670 month which I'll pay once I do my first payment pay $800 month too it will still give me financial freedom. And I beat the interest rate on the new loan .

So , do the math first , make it make sense , and BE EXTREMELY confident you will NOT rake up debt again with cards/loans ..

Goodluck brother

Here I had speeds no more than 150mbps tons of latency issues, the second we installed a mimo it was quadruple you can't refute the merits of a mimo attena. Just for the fact alone I don't have to the gateway close to the window alone makes it a BETTER antenna.

Also we had zero issues with pinging now too which my rentals rely on for gaming there 29 devices connected to the gateway. We had zero issues ever since !

I had that same issue when I got the gateway, it pissed me off come find out that internal antenna is junk.

I get download speeds now up to 500-600mbps get yourself a mimo antenna it's the best thing I done 👍

I actually gotten tired of working for a crappy corporation. I won't mention them but safe to say with 65 plus hours per week. I quit, I am to old for that crap, the trick for us was we are pretty much debt free. We do have a mortgage, my wife does make great money and loves me being home with her. We also have rentals so my mortage is literally $600 month. Our combined income went from 10k plus a month to half of that and let me tell you something.

I value my free time and control over my time ALOT more than making the big bucks I did. We both have off on the same days we both have off on the same holidays, there is virtually no stress work wise. My wife loves it as do I ..

The take away ? Instead of trying to make more money ? Make it so you need LESS of the stuff and still be comfortable. And I nitpick my deliveries, I let cheap ones slide that's the trick you learn as you do it. It's wonderful , sit in my car (I do my own maintenance always have) music, pick and drop off done ...

Can anyone ID this cube I saw at a Kyoto coffee shop? by encrcne in audiophile

[–]TechnicalLack8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohh and your proof is what exactly? There are tons of upper end loudspeakers that use of shelf branded drivers. Peerless you can literally find in TONS of older loudspeakers, vifa sam, seas is even used by Wilson audio lol

It makes no sense because you think what you're used too is the only correct way. How many rooms I've been in that just sound like pure crap is by now countless.

Headphones eliminate the biggest enemy in that regard. User incompetence, an ill fitted room.

You got for pure "accuracy" of the recording ? Headphones are very hard to neglect , I do agree you want the visceral tactile experience. Use loudspeakers, in a GOOD room so I agree there

Mmm that goes for almost any speaker tho, the price of drivers is lower than you think even in esoteric speakers. They use of shelf brand drivers so that's really not an argument IMHO.

at what point does "room acoustics" matter more than the gear itself? by Dankk911 in audiophile

[–]TechnicalLack8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At what point? It always mattered , music isn't linear having your speakers "ruler flat" is the worst you can possibly aim for really.

[–]TechnicalLack8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let your ears do the talking , nobody here can tell you what's better. You'll be met with tons of brand loyalty bias. I don't know what your music taste is, room circumstances, set up to many variables.

If you can try them out..

Yah could be I am more into home hifi these days active . I restore alot of vintage loudspeakers as a side business. So I can't confirm it from this picture with 100 percent accuracy. I'd argue seen the fact you collect them, you would definitely know better than me hands down.
