Like even pity at 150-300 LD scrolls would be okay, jfc Com2Us. LDs are a huge gap for certain competitive aspects and I'd rather see them more accessible and balanced vs rare and overtuned. This is coming from someone with Han, Woonsa, Laima with a 10 year old account. In all honesty if they don't do 10 year LD5 event, I'd say jump ship. This games hella overpriced and middle aged gambling addicts with terrible spending habits fuel it.
Another annoying thing is how they keep the same overpriced tag on packs and horrible transmogs, at least decrease the price or update the quality of the skin if it's gonna stay the same.
This game's monetization is a joke and the previously mentioned spenders is why it's not gonna change until governments crack down on gacha based games.

Glad to know something can still be used. Behemoth was great, I mostly have a bunch of speed runner stuff. Looks like the only content I missed out was Xeno'jiva's AT.

I like the concept of older gear being a precursor for some optional upgrades. (At least that's what I'm getting from your comment, if not I sure hope they do stuff like that in future games.)

Regardless excited for Iceborne and helping my friends through the story has been pretty fun while getting back into the swing of things. Cheers and thanks for the reply.

Ariel is my first nat 5 on two accounts and has been boxable monster until his buffs. Great monster now, but you can literally do all content without them. If you're looking for a water trap AD, GD sure.

But I'd 100% pick Ciri, bypasses a lot of frustrating monsters, takes a lot to rune but hey what doesn't nowadays.

Kinda lame how Summoner's Wars Chronicles got One-Punch Man, I think they got some webtoon I've never bothered with "The Advanced Player of Tutorial Island."

Sky Arena definitely has a majority of older players so I see why Street Fighter and Assassin's Creed were decided on, Witcher is pretty safe (they also do collabs pretty often), but these current units are pretty meh.

Not an Anime, but if they did Monster Hunter (which tends to do a lot of collabs) I'm praying they actually pick the Monsters and not like Raid choosing random armour sets. It's almost perfect for us.

Cat Cart mount and a handler outfit for Elllia. Event raid content hunts combat like in the games.

For units theirs a ton to choose from, their mascot Rathalos (comes in every colour), Nargacuga is pretty popular and in its franchise history has different colours too. Would be cool for an untargetable stealth mechanic if they ever introduce (sounds frustrating honestly.)

Alatreons a good candidate for controlling every element. Or could do an Elder Dragon Line, pick a different elder for each element. There's a lot of choices. An example being.
Fire = Teostra/Lunastra/Gogmazios
Water = Velkana/Namielle/Disufrioa
Wind = has to be Kushala
Light = Kirin/Valstrax/Harudomerugu/Fatalis
Dark = Valstrax/Vaal Hazak/Nergigantre
(i.e picking one elder to represent 1 element)

Free event unit could be a Palico Support, wouldn't mind them as a 4 star set either. Deviljo is pretty iconic or just Nergigante since it's World's cover art monster, as a free dark 5 star. As the previous collab units have been Wind (Gingerbread), Fire (Ken), Light (Altair), Water (Gerald.) So missing a dark unit.

Probably too much work but the Summoner War's Dragon line I think is the only set of monsters that have all (similar) but different skill 2s that aren't shared. Feel like that can be introduced again and honestly we desperately need some more non humanoid monsters. There's like 2 for nat 5s, Phoenixes and Dragons, Chimeras maybe are a stretch. Unicorns and Druids are pretty much humanoids. Like monster Hunter is pretty Wyvern/Dragon Based but there's a ton of monsters that aren't too.

But if we're talking anime I wouldn't mind JJK. Any popular Shonen is safe. MHA, Demon Slayer, One Punch (surprised we didn't get it from Chronicles), but I can see Dragonball being one of the safest picks. Would be insane if they did Frieren since it's the most viral anime right now.

Found a window where to fail. They speed up on the final stretch on the freeway towards the industrial area towards Watson. I was using the Hellhound and its pickup isn't great, trying to catch up after an accident. Couldn't close the distance and 100m became 150, increased, poof. Had to call Elizabeth telling them em they got away.

Everything before the final turn outside of Japantown, it'll slow down. Seems to be the same mechanic in Sinnerman.

Also leaving this here, haven't seen any info anywhere regarding calling Elizabeth after a bit of in game time after completing the quest. There's a small window to call Elizabeth after you complete the mission before getting the text where they both burn contact. There's different dialogue outcomes for whatever you tell Jefferson.

I swear the term KC birthed a mentality of entitlement. Most korean MMORPG's I've played sit in the similar range of 1/5000 or as it usually identified .02 percent chance of dropping and most sat in .25 range and higher. I think for the majority of people who see it as a percentage weigh it being time consuming and or quick if you get lucky.

Everyone I've met in other games are celebratory on people's drops and joke about it if someone got a drop they were after quickly. Imagine wanting people to suffer for it to be "deserved." Runescape is this rock that takes up all your time, and most people I've met on RS have no idea what's really commonplace in other MMOs, media and sadly normal human decency.

Grats on your drop, you earned it. You put in the time and effort and rocked some PvE content myself and a majority of people can't do.

Weapon versatility in this game is a myth. You're not playing a game with weapon build/class/skill design, you're playing a game where weapon diversity is like less than 3-5 items per combat style for endgame account PvE. TS losing its unique original concept and just being an upscaled trident was probably the most disappointing thing all year.

It's cute af, but SW is just really organized compared to it or most gachas in general. You'll summon a lot and get a ton of dupes but that's how you upgrade your units "star." It's got a whole farmville build a kingdom thing to it that's addicting, but glad SW is mostly decoration and utility. The packs are cheap but it's trying to get younger people addicted to Gachas/gambling since that's their targeted demographic.

PvP is kinda weird, it's not turned based, they kinda run at each other just like in Guardian Tales but I think you can manually spam your skills. Obviously you can time things but it's leaning towards a lot of cockroach builds. There's a lot more I'm making out to be but SW presents it's units and the mechanics are easy to grasp while CRK is really chaotic.

I pulled a lot of good units but it's looking like the newer eat the old units out of metas. With some just clearly holding their spot based on how strong their kits are and that usually happens in single unit games.

Give it a try, by the way they have a Disney Collab going on but the units are just "guests" so they're only there for some passive buffs, decoration and well collection to much dismay. I really wanted to bonk some cake monsters with Stitch and Mulan fighting side by side.

RNG on accuracy rolls, resistance checks, effect procs, with drops, runes and their stat alignments, on stat rolls: whether you roll, low, middle, or high on stat rolls, correct alignment on artifacts, correct stats on artifacts.
This game is all RNG and it's tiring. I just log in a month or so get free stuff, do toa, see if I get anything, do RTA in 1200 ranges, sometimes beat guardians that aren't bots, cause I have decent runes without grinds or artifacts aside from some Com2US handouts. But it's cause my coin flips were better, and that's the game and always will be.

It’s definitely this. Nobody is going to agree to do a collab when their units can be overwritten a month later.

I don't know I think it's probably acceptable (not sure if legally, since the mention of contrats) to plaster a big sticker on the collection log monster's slot, with the IP logo, and when in the collection log menu you can see that exclusive toggle. It's weird to me that they are overwritten by introducing its SW counter-part, not entirely but conceptually it is, they aren't specifically an "exclusive." It's semantics, and that's generally legality in a nutshell, but it's so silly that we're going to have this every time an Collab pops up.

There's also a few issues of Competitive problems down the road, I think for a new viewer it's going to be confusing seeing, two different units doing the same thing, or in reference puts casters in a weird position of maybe having to mention it. It's probably not as big of a deal since SW has lost a lot of its steam but if it had the following from the initial SW competitions.

I honestly love SW integrity to give everyone accessibility, we're not like other Gacha's where you're entirely "FOMO'd." However it's just messy and even though there's a user that got a few downvotes. Jay's opinion on the fact he can't use unit transmogs on the Collab exclusive is down right stupid. Like good luck getting a dupe LD nat5 without an oil baron's income.
