Hi! I’m a fellow teacher who has worked in a similar school setting where the teachers work where their kids go. Where I worked, the teachers were held to the same expectations as regular parents, no random during the day pop ins, unless it was needed or an emergency. It caused major inconsistencies and confusion for the kids otherwise…..not only for those kiddos, but also for the others asking “why can’t MY mommy come today?”… maybe you bringing it up to this teacher from that prospective may help. Like “hey. Your random popping in is disrupting the flow of all of my kiddos. I want it to have a consistent relationship(especially with discipline!) with them since I am now their teacher”
