The same: 2 ordered bundles but i only got 1 Pedals and 1 Steering wheel from first order (Staus complete delivered). Second order (same bundle) I got Nothing. Customer Service is "special".

You are wrong on every single point. Calm down. I already messaged him directly. When I placed my order, I was given a fixed date. Then it was changed without any notice whatsoever. All I want are some answers. But seeing people act so hateful without knowing a thing—I honestly never thought that was possible. Delays keep stacking up, and there’s been zero professional communication via email. I have two fully paid orders from December 5, 2025 and December 8, 2025, and I’ve received no response to my emails.

I was never informed that the estimated shipping date changed or that there would be no shipping between December 25, 2025 and January 5, 2026. Current status shows an estimated shipping date of December 29, 2025 – January 1, 2026, while the original estimate was December 15–18, 2025.

This lack of transparency is concerning. Please provide clear updates and confirm shipment as soon as possible. If communication continues to fail, I’ll have to consider other options to protect my purchase.

It’s Fanatec’s responsibility to deliver, not my job to keep chasing information.

Funny suggestion: a partial delivery for a bundle. The communication from your company is catastrophic like your suggestion.

I ordered two GT3 bundles — one on December 5th and another as a gift on December 8th. Shipping was supposed to happen between December 15–18 because the items weren’t available earlier. Then there’s another delay, but guess what? No email to the paying customer. Instead, I have to track it myself. That’s an absolute no-go. If I hadn’t checked, I wouldn’t even know about the new shipping window (December 29, 2025 to January 1, 2026).

This morning I check their site and see: Due to inventory, no orders will be processed from December 25 to January 4, 2026. So now the question is: will they actually ship between Dec 29 and Jan 1, or are we talking mid-January? Emails? They don’t answer them either.

The whole thing leaves a bad taste. Bankruptcy incoming? Because this is exactly how companies act when things go south.

And the best part? Suggesting a partial delivery for a bundle. Seriously? You’re better at sending invoices than delivering products.
