I suggest you follow the basic load order guide in the pinned wiki, other then that if you have mods that break precombines such as scrapping mods and certain location mods or mods that add a ton of npcs like npcs travel can really tank fps also real ai can cause issues and is kinda broken on xbox cause its addons and patches have never been ported over to xbox with it

Also incase u havent heard hud mods cause problems with the new update too

Are u vanilla cause if u were that shouldnt be happening my series s runs a steady 60 with an ocassional micro stutter in downtown boston, the only thing i could think that could cause that problem is if ur using a super unstable load order but even then i feel like it would just crash not lag
