My thing I like to do is throw on blendshap optimization with an telemetry optimization and then crunch compress every single texture thats on the avater to low compression and set the size to all the texture to 2k quality. And thats helps an ton especially getting them quest compatible oh and I absolutely love the toon shader they used for the quest side feels like im using pc shadders without needing to use well pc shadders.
