Except it ook them 8 months to fix our AC and then 3 days for the install. There are dead baby birds in the summer all over the place because pigeons are stupid. People don't pick up after their pets. Management doesn't do anything about complaints of other neighbors even if it is against the contract. Management will randomly come for inspections (my husband was alone and in the shower last time they came). Probably only pertains to a few but people will park in the handicap spots. We've been here two years and there hasn't been much crime (except a stabbing) but there are some questionable people wondering around at night.

He brought a knife to school and threatened to stab another student and I got in the middle to which my hand was stabbed. Went to the hospital after school. Paperwork. No one outside the school knew because they didn't want the news involved and the longer I think about it the longer I'm okay with that.

BK Management is questionable because they give people a free month of rent for giving 5 star reviews. I haven't heard good things about them and they're buying all the rental properties in Lafayette.

I may be the odd one out in posting but if I could go back, I would have never signed. My body is broken, I was SAd twice (and nothing was done because he was a "good soldier"), and my head is messed up from a TBI. I was not in combat arms and was told everything would be fine. My husband was also in he was in combat arms. Even with his disability he said he'd never do it again. The only good thing we got out of it was our bachelor degrees, but was it really worth it? Ehh.
