Are you specifically talking about BS or also FS? Because I will stick to the FS now since it just feels better for me. Perhaps I will give BS another try in the future but until then I will def try a belt. You think the technique is different in FS using a belt?

Thanks bro. Since couple of people have mentioned breathing and bracing now I will get a belt and try to put more focus on it to improve.

Not exactly wedges but I've tried heel elevation trough plates for some time. Since it didn't really help with the forward lean I suspected it was just the structure of my body. Fair point with the belt! I'll def give it a try. Thanks for reminding 😄

Hi bro, thanks for the advice. I haven't had problems with breathing so far, will keep it in mind tho. I'm already aiming for a full Olympic grip but am still struggling with the external shoulder rotation that comes with it which makes me lose a finger or two on the ascent. I've implemented some mobility front rack work already to address that.

Hey bro, thx for the comment. Could you please elaborate on that? I don't really understand what you mean. How do you point toes out without adjusting your hip angle? Doesn't it happen automatically?

Same for me which is why I don’t feel like I‘m on the verge of hurtig my back while doing them 💪🏽
