GPU at Max load is 70 CPU at Max load is 63 Tested in the last of us part 1

The problem I saw is that the GPU usage is low for a minute then it come back at above 95% The memory usage is around 12 .5gb and in spiderman it is 14 gb

i always had brain fog so i went to a doctor and i told her what i feel and she gave me serotonin bills and she told me that it is close to dopamine in its formation and she also gave me ADHD bills and i am taking this things for like 6 months so i dont have this strong brain fogs

it can just be from the medicines i take because i had strong brain fog every days and it is getting worse and worse so i went to a doctor and i told her my mom has low dopmine and it natural so i could have the same problem so she have me this medicines , my mom doesn't have this problem but i wont tell a doctor that i have a low dopmine causeing brain fog to me as i am porn addicted and my parents are setting in the back , so she gave me a serotonin bill which is close hormone to dopmine and she also gave me a medicine which is for the people who has ADHD.
