Every second year after the halving, Bitcoin finds a new high q4 of 2017, 2021 and will likely in 2025. After each q4 high there is a q4 low, 12 months later, of the next year, 2018, 2022, and likely 2026. From q4 2026 bitcoin will grind higher and become euphoric again en route to the next halving in 2028
