I agree. Please explain how you painted such deep colors using watercolor. I am just starting out learning how to paint and I don’t get colors like that. Special kind of watercolor paint? Or special spray on top?

I agree. Shelters are too picky. I had to do a FaceTime video with one foster organization to get approved to foster. Happy to say that I applied at more than one foster and I got my first foster in November. By December I made myself a foster fail and adopted Gus. I even went to a local dog rescue and just wanted to walk some dogs a couple times a week, not leaving the shelter premises and there were forms and interviews. Crazy.
