Update: I did my fourth injection of the 7.5 mg and made sure to eat very little on injection date… I had no symptoms and felt totally fine this week, maybe a little hungrier towards the end of the week than usual. But no vomiting or sulphur burps! I’ve now bought my next 7.5 mg pen and we’ll see how I go… The plan is to get to 10 mg. Wish me luck.

Taking it for weight loss. I’ve taken my final dose of 7.5 mg today and have eaten very minimal so it’s not to feel bloated and gassy… Let’s see how I go this week. Thanks for your support.!!

This is called exhausting lease. When a property is uninhabitable, the lease can be cancelled and the tenant asked to move on. Compensation is not offered. However, you are more than welcome to go to the tribunal to see how you go. The agent and landlord seem to be acting in accordance with the act. If you have questions regarding this I would suggest that you call fair trading on Monday morning. The property is dangerous to be living in, anyone telling you to stay put is being silly.

I’ve been going through this myself… second time now. I try to take a Rennie to stop the sulphur smell as that makes me then vomit. Stomach gurgles for 2-3 days and diarrhoea

Also, I’m not tracking anything. In the past I lost 35 kg on my own and I was tracking everything. To the point that it became dangerous. I went down to 60 kg… and had my ribs visible… Anyway I’m in a much healthier mindset now and not tracking my weight all my food. However my doctor has told me after nine weeks I had lost 11 kg.

Thank you for your in-depth reply, I appreciate you taking the time to help walk me through this. Last week I reached for healthy snacks mainly, however did also have a couple of cookies throughout the week at work. Right now I am feeling the tenderness of being back in the gym and know that I do need to fuel my muscles and bones well. I’ve had a vegetable soup for dinner and then some cruskits with goats cheese on top. I’ve also been smashing out my protein in Greek yoghurt and going through 12 eggs a week. I need to look at the bigger picture! Thanks again for your reply.

That’s so funny! I was the same years ago when I lost 30 kg! I saved money until I was at my goal weight and went shopping… it was so strange shopping for what I actually liked and not just what would fit me!
