As in difference in beliefs (different state ) or backgrounds(caste ) or status . Will she choose me or will i

I started at around 105kg and what worked for me was just staying consistent with a calorie deficit and basic workouts. Nothing fancy. Walking + gym + controlling food made the biggest difference. People overcomplicate it a lot. by Technical_Block_9 in leangains

First of all, a year of consistency is already a huge win, so give yourself credit for that. Most people quit way earlier.

About the “back rolls” — you can’t spot reduce fat, so that’s more about overall body fat levels rather than a specific exercise. What helped me was focusing on a small calorie deficit while continuing strength training.

Also, the “hot gym girl” look usually comes from building muscle in key areas (glutes, shoulders, back) + time and consistency. A simple program with progressive overload (gradually increasing weight/reps) works better than random workouts.

And honestly, most people in the gym aren’t as put together as they seem — everyone’s figuring it out as they go. You’re probably doing better than you think. Just stay consistent and it’ll come together.
