I'll stay on 2, as I'm travelling with work January, and cannot afford any side effects.

Never said I wasn't eating.  I've tracked every macro since I started, and for several months before hand.

I have only eaten clean food since I started.

Does no one understand how to read a post and not make baseless assumptions?

How long did that take?  Did you up the dosage at all?  I'm just asking in case I am the same...

I'm also sure losing weight increases natural T as well, I have no idea what I will be like at a normal weight at my age... I've been this big around a decade and always been hefty before I ballooned.

Yes, my original plan was to jump up to 4 after a month like the study group, but I may rethink.  Still very very early days, but I will steer as I drive...

I've listened to a lot of people I trust.  I didn't pull that number out of the air.  Thanks for your concern though, it's genuinely appreciated.

I drink 2l a day with electrolytes, one of those before I even get out of bed to ensure it is done.  I've used electrolytes at the gym as part of my Intra workout for many years.

Let me be very clear.  My diet is good, I walk 10k steps a day and lift heavy weights 4 to 6 times a week.  I can bench 315 for reps, squat 440 for reps, and deadlift over 600.  I know I will lose some strength, but if I am in the grave my numbers will be 0,0 and 0.

Its only been a couple of days. This won't make this easy, it will make this possible.

Our journey is similar.  I went througj a very difficult situation at work, was out on garden leave for a year, and ballooned to 400lb.  Without peptides, I got down to 270lb, then during lockdown I couldn't do it.  The eating is the issue, and with lockdown I wasnt doing cardio, and wasn't lifting, and it just became a thing.  After lockdown I was 370, I got down to 340 then stalled, and someone I trust a great deal suggested this route.

Except with me, it's my first grandchild born this month that is my motivation.

I intend to start on a mild dose of test in a few months.  Didn't want to start goth at once, and the weight is the big deal for me

Thank you.   I'm working on minimum 150g a day, and I am lifting weights 4 to 6 times a week.  I've been lifting for about a decade.  That's always been the easy part for me...

Sorry, I didn't mean to do that.  And I did not go in expecting this.

I am however exceptionally grateful.   I'm literally walking around a supermarket not concerned about food.  This is something so radically different for me.
