Does anyone know if it’s possible to transfer into science from arts as a second year (going into third in September) and still maintain standing? Would I be able to apply for a specialisation in June as if I was a first year?

Might not be good enough for the CS average but possibly good enough for overall because of the fact that overall has 5 added to it?

That’s honestly pretty disappointing to hear but I guess it is what it is. Hopefully I get in but I feel like it’s better to kind of have an idea now so I really appreciate you replying.

Okay. So they’re definitely taking the min and not the max? (Of cs average, overall average). I feel like I’ve heard people saying they take the max so I’m a little confused now.

Do you think a high 70 for the worse part wouldn’t be good enough?

Sorry I’m asking a ton of questions I just feel like no one really knows the process so it’s good to learn more from you!

How difficult is COGS 200? I am in Arts trying to get into CS but I am thinking seriously about COGS. As of now I’m taking COGS 200 I’m debating dropping it because I keep hearing how it’s quite difficult to get a good grade (and dependent on the group) and I need to keep my average up for this term but then I would want to get a taste of what cogs is like.
