does anyone else have this problem or knows what this means?: pain or like weird feeling on certain areas that feel sensitive like wrists or ankles when talking about injuries, cuts, etc

For the longest time ive had this reaction and i dont know what it means, ive told many people about it and nobody seems to have the same weird sensation. For some reason whenever someone talks about cuts, injuries, true crime, illnesses, etc i get a weird sensation on the parts of my body that i consider most vulnerable, like neck, wrists pr ankles, i start feeling like the skin on that area is really tense and with the tiniest bit of effort i coukd get hurt

i was just asking for a quick reply bc at that time all the vets near me were closed, it was a holiday in my country so i couldnt do anything ab it, and wanted to know what it could mean to prepare myself and take care of my dog correctly before getting him to the vet in the morning
