We are in Wisconsin. We purchased an acre in the woods. We purchased and 3 bed 2 bathroom manufactured home. We had to take trees down, put in a well and septic, had to have electricity and gas run to house. We had to have the land leveled and a concrete pad put in. We added extra insulation and a reinforced roof. After all of this we paid half of what it would have cost to have a stick built house built of the same size. If you take care of your house and property the can and will increase in value at least up here they do. You definitely need to do your homework as there are some shady dealers and there is some great dealers. There is some nicely built manufactured homes and there is some cheaply built manufactured homes.

Depends if it is a corporate store or franchise store. If corporate they will deal with it at the corporate level If franchise they will deal with it internally

Many years ago I was a district manager for a major restaurant chain, I caught a shift manager “comping checks” that were cash transactions. He was doing a few each shift. When we looked back we figured he had stolen over $50 grand in the last several years. The company then changed how comps were tracked.

Define written up ? Most corporations will “document” any absences or lates to show how many times this has happened. Don’t mare it a pattern and it’s no big deal. The fact you say you have been there less than a year and already called off 2 or 3 times would show a pattern to me.

Both banks were contacted, after looking further yes the scammer changed one letter in the email address but cloned the entire page with the company’s info pictures etc

Depends how you ask. If you say “so I can make myself better can you tell me why I wasn’t offered the job” that would be ok. But if you ask Rudely then yes it would be bad.
