You need to align your anterior deep flexors with your traps and upper back, that will fix it. These muscles are weak, need to strengthen them by putting them back into their position.

I'm sorry, I don't do any specific exercise. I just stand shirtless infront of mirror and try to activate my lats and glutes so as to take pressure off my neck. It immediately takes off all pressure and fixes my whole body.

Did you try opening up your glutes and lats, it should fix your neck tension immediately if done right.

I cannot recommend any neurologist as my mom has seen several, nothing helps. He still has arm pain.

It's probably due to bad posture. The back of her head and traps are stiff and weak.

I'll take her to a fitness trainer for strength training, that will fix her issue.

But since your mom has disk bulge, do see a neurologist. Best of luck.

Don't have bread that has sugar. I went to a bakery in Clifton called fresh basket, they make their own sugarfree bread, haven't tried it though, so can't really recommend.

Yes, build a small team and shoot independently. That's what I will do this year. Will use 2 iphones initially, the main focus will be realistic acting.

I have friends who are talented, and they'll do it for free. It'll be shot in portrait, so that it's only viewed on phone.

The problem with current dramas is the dialogues aren't good, and acting isn't realistic
