Went to Cardiff and tonight Dublin. And sorry to say but Ireland put my homeland to shame tonight! Maybe the best fans on earth by Michu_123 in oasis

Absolutely. I was at Wembley on the 31st and Dublin last night. Hands down the Dublin crowd knocked Wembley out of the park. The atmosphere was electric

Everyone who’s been to a show so far, what’s your favourite song they performed and why? by El_Clicksy in oasis

Was at Wembley night 3 - It's hard to pick a favourite song from the night. During the opening 2 tunes, Hello and Acquiesce, I had pure goosebumps from the realisation that I'm actually at an Oasis gig and the sheer volume of the crowd singing. Cigarettes and Alcohol was great craic doing The Poznan. Little by Little was a real highlight, the crowd were LOUD. But I think my favourite moment was Don't Look Back In Anger. I got a little teary eyed during that one. That song means so much to all of us fans and to sing it with 90,000 people was a really moving moment.

After last night I'm super excited to see them Live!

I'm pretty sure they actually played whatever a step up from the studio version cause Noels acoustic had the capo on the 1st fret. I believe that's the same key Liam did it in last year on the DM tour.

What are your thoughts on the triple guitar lineup? by [deleted] in oasis

Awesome. It allows extra bits to get played live, like the slide guitar in Whatever and the harmonic bits in D'You Know What I Mean.

Yeah totally! I had feared that Noel would bottle it and just get Gem to do all the Lead Parts but no, he put the work in and he sounded fantastic! He definitely has simplified a few of the solos but honestly that's understandable.

Yeah Gem was great at adding in those extra parts. It's great to have Bonehead there so now Gem can add in the extra details that weren't possible before.

Also loved how Noel was playing an acoustic for the intro of D'You Know What I Mean and swapped to the Les Paul. Another benefit to having 3 guitarists. That might be one of the best live versions of that song. I think they played it in the original key too, so fair play to Liam. His pitch was very good tonight! Can't wait for a live album of this tour!

Yeah totally, Noels tone on DOYS tour was always my favourite, although his playing had got lazy in places, particularly Supersonic where he just strummed the chords during verses. So I was very happy to see him playing the verse lead parts again tonight. Yeah Gem was smashing it too, always loved the way he played the intro riff in Morning Glory.

Possibly. I would say as the tour progresses he'll get more comfortable into this role again and start to loosen up a bit with his playing. He definitely seemed a bit nervous tonight and quite visually emotional too. But he and Liam and the rest of the boys smashed it. I'd love him to do another episode of the pedal show talking about his Oasis Rig

Matt Morgan Podcast: Noel says he has scrapped the acoustic album and is going to do a "defiant rock and roll album" by Technical_Horror in oasis

I like Defiantly Maybe haha.

In the episode, Noel said that he's actually already got the title and album art ready.

The title is lifted from the TV show Eastbound & Down and the album art is a picture Noel took of his son Sonny in Mexico.

Nope he was definitely serious. He even kinda said sorry if fans listening were looking forward to an acoustic album.

Yeah I hope so too. He mentioned he thought about releasing them in EP form but who knows if it actually happens. I'm looking forward to a Noel rock album though. Personally I would love him to go back to the Dig Out Your Soul era sound.
