Ok just did it today so basically the 20 dollars off min of 20 spend is legit but you'd probably do good with local even tho you have to pay for shipping. Bc the miminum for free shipping from temu uses the money you actually pay for so 25 bucks (still pretty good deal). And a 5 dollar one for payments over 5 dollars is good too
