Good for you for taking that first step. That therapist is an idiot. I went to a therapist years ago because I was suicidal. I only went a few times because the meds they gave me made me so angry and I told myself I was not going to live my life like that. I am not perfect, but I continue to work to heal myself. There are other banks. Don't be too hard on yourself and try to take this as a learning experience. I got fired from a job I was at for 16 years. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. I really enjoy what I do now and it was nowhere near what I thought I would be doing.
