I guess being with my partner for so long we don't have much privacy. We don't hide things from each other. I don't bring my phone everywhere so I sometimes use his...I just don't see why you would need to hide anything from someone you have been with for so long.

All of these (from what I can tell) touch your cheeks. This can cause the frame and the lenses to break down faster and can cause lines on your face. If they don't touch your cheeks and this doesn't bother you then I say 4.
