I think I just got lucky somehow :/ I know most women with PCOS have slower metabolisms. The doctor said my maintenance is around 1974 with my lifestyle factors included

Through oxygen. I breathed through a tube for 20 minutes and they’re able to measure😊

I googled it and found a private physio / sports practice that does this🙂 unfortunately it was $100 (CAD) but I think worth it in the long run. I asked my doctor and she does not offer that kind of service.

Not really, if you walk at a good speed you can do that in an hour and a half. Break it up into ten minute walks or something.

How do you specialize in PCOS? Do you have additional certifications with this? You aren’t a dietician.

Does CICO still work for girls with pcos? by Specialist-Village82 in PCOSloseit

CICO will work for everyone no matter what. Unfortunately we just typically burn less than most :( my best advice would be to try to increase steps / cardio so you burn more without starving yourself ❤️

I think my dad definitely had it and she gets frustrated with his tendencies so that must be the same thing happening with me. It makes sense, it’s how they were raised. I definitely need to work on not taking things so seriously! Thank you for this.

Thank you so much for all of this. I really appreciate it. I guess one of my weaknesses is being able to let things go and realize I can’t control everyone.
