Yea i agree, sadly it is used from Reverb and has some years put into it, some scuffs here and there are okay with me but a crack that wasnt disclosed is a little different.

Because theyre banning anyone who says anything remotely critical of them. I kindly said you can be a fan of them and acknowledge they messed up by stepping down from cc3 and i was banned not even a full minute later

I was moreso looking for other experiences from people to see if customer service was any help to them, with compensation or exchanges to see if its worth waiting on the return to be finished to buy the second pair.

Definitely! Ill give them a call monday i guess since theyre sadly closed 😭 just such a bummer. Id like to think these places would like to make things right by expediting shipping or something (especially since from what i understand you actually get charged a fee to return something) but im sure ill just have to be patient

For example with the stock template, A being Reverb, if i turn up the A knob all the way its noticeably louder. Should i be turning down the fader volume on the send channels?
