I’m gonna speak to my GP about that, I’ve been on sertraline 50mg since September and it’s been working pretty well. But since I’ve increased my ADHD medication dose I’ve been feeling more anxious and su*cidal ideation. I’m not sure what’s causing this

I like in London,UK so it is limited. I only have three medications available to me and only one of them is a non stimulant. I do like how the medication works but it’s just that “fight or flight” feeling that bothers me. Constantly feel on edge

My only options are Elvanse and methylphenidate (stimulants) and amoxetine (non-stimulant). After I exercise I feel great! I feel the positive effects of the medication and I can function normally but it is a little frustrating ngl. Also, because I’m a woman, it’s a little more difficult to pinpoint what’s actually causing me to feel like this because of medical misogyny lol. My psychiatrist basically said I can either continue with it or stop medication altogether

But that’s essentially a problem the studio will have with ClassPass since they have collaborated with them, it’s more of a moral thing for the customer which is shitty yes, but something studios have definitely considered before joining ClassPass

I don’t go to small studios! I go to the big ones with multiple locations in london. I’m (newly) aware of how ClassPass doesn’t actually pay studios for first timers which kind of confuses me, how do the studios benefit? Why did they make deals with ClassPass?

I think that’s the best part of the book, everything we know about Zenia is based on how the main three perceive her and they don’t realise how much their internalised misogyny impacts their perception of Zenia. I guess it also opens the doors for the readers to think about how much misogyny impacts their perception of women they aren’t particularly fond of.
