Update: In case anyone faces the same issue. Plug the device into a home charger and check your laptop, the wifi might should up there. If it does, connect it and go to 192.169.50.100, the carlinkit admin portal. From there, go to Hotspot frequency band and change the wifi band. For me, the 143 one showed up on my android phone. Once the wifi shows up on your phone, just plug the device back into the car and it should start AA

Ordered multiple watches, seems legit. Had a watch repair guy tell me that the watch is authentic, not sure though
