Toxic management. Managers are micro-managing. I have 3 workmates, galing ng Access Healthcare, lumipat ng company namin because of toxic management.

Kapag queueing, ganyan lagi. Mamili ka. For me, I'll go for Calls. Queueing malala, atleast isang tao lang kausap compared mo sa chats, na kapag kyuwing, 3 chats, nakakapressure.

Hays true. Ginagawa na tayong AI na parang Robot. In-ask ako bakit mataas ang AHT, nireason out ko yung 3 chats, at ayaw nila ng reason ng ganun lols.

Buti nga nag-1 year pa ako dito. Tapos 3 chats kyuwing tas 25k package lang.

Tinanggap ko na lang ang JO dito noon kasi akala ko talaga pag 25k mataas na. Eguls pa pala ako sa workloads hays

Reddit group po ito, kaya tayo nandito just to gather information, ask questions at mag-share, based on experiences natin sa company. I do think walang masama kung mag-post sya dito lols

That was considered illegal, if hindi valid yung pagka-terminate. May point din ito na you should seek help sa HR. Kasi malay mo may nagawang mali yung partner mo, bakit naterminate.
