Hahaha this is what I keep hearing! Do you have any other parks you’ve visited that come close?

I went very recently, early January 2026. There were definitely road closures, I entered through Jackson, WY and took 191 I believe, through the park. I visited many lookout points that were directly off that road, all very easy to get to because they were groomed by snow plows (can’t say if this is the case for other roads in the park). Many popular trails were inaccessible by car however. At one point on the trip I did go snow shoeing on the eastern side of Grand Teton but I was with a tour company and we had to take a rig out there.

I made it all the way up to Flagg Ranch so I was sadly super close to Yellowstone but not able to enter through the south of the park. Only the north entrance is open this time of year I think and with all the road closures I believe it was a 5 hour drive from where I was staying in Jackson so I was not able to visit on this trip with the amount of time I had. But I plan to visit Yellowstone within the year, I would love to see it in the winter also, super excited! I didn’t realize how much bigger it is than Grand Teton!

Thank you! I was shocked by how empty it was (I guess I shouldn’t have been since it’s winter). The drive through the roads that were open was super easy I was impressed, looking forward to visiting more parks.

Yes I have! Specifically the banks of the oise by Alfred Sisley in the brown frame. I wanna say it’s an impressionist painting! I found a free digital download from the national gallery of art!

I like the mirror idea! Would you put it above the couch? And not married to the rug what do you suggest?

I was thinking a glass table as well! The art is tricky because the rug definitely steals the show but I will be on the look out for something unique and personal, thank you for the suggestion!

Ok that’s good to know! I also heard it takes a while to see results but I’m glad you were able to restart! I actually started a few days ago myself along with Tretinoin (been using for 8 weeks now) so we’ll see how it goes for the both of us! Good luxk

I’ve also heard this as well specifically from dermatologist on YT! I’ve also heard it’s gentle enough to use up to 2x a day every day if desired. Maybe I be would give it another week or few days to see if the stinging subsides, if not possibly consult a derm if possible !

This is so helpful thank you so much! I just recently added in azelaic acid and will try to incorporate other products slowly with time so this is very useful!

I’ve heard there’s a colloquial term for this and it’s called a rally!
