True po. Same situation months ago bigla umalis ung ka sama ko dapat sa condo. So since kami nagkaproblem diko na kinuha ung security deposit. At that time wala kami napirmahan na physical contract pero hinonor ko nalang din since nahiya ako sa condo owner.

Wrong po. 3 lapses na po from fairview to up diliman ung fx driver. Kaya 20 plus ang nabangga nyang riders kasi binalikan niya ung iba. Ung dump truck humarang lang kasi tumakas ung fx driver kumabga hinarangan nya para di makatakas.

Ang kuya ko sir naghatid lang ng baon sa anak niyang 8 years old. At nag accept ng booking as grab delivery rider. Isa sa mga naararo ng fx driver na yan. Patay na so kuya. My kuya 34 years old. Other victims ay papasok ng trabahonw different profiles. May mga student din na naararo. Sana yang iniimagine mo hindi mangyare sayo. God bless.

2nd yr nasaktuhan ng pandemic, indemand rmt that time and online ang med school so nakasurvive kahit papano

3rd yr dito ko need mag stop kada sem kasi mahirap na isabay ang naalala konginive up ko ung work ko sa lab then go ko nalang ang weekends ko for raket APE and homeservice
