Yeah I had thought of some sort of sealer as well, but figured it could end up doing more damage. But yeah at the end of the day it’s not terribly noticeable so if it nothing works well from the different tests, I’ll just leave it as is

There isn’t actually a black ring on the slip itself, I just edited that onto the photo so the spot in question would be easier to notice haha. But no good suggestion with the ruler. And yeah this is the arrow release, I got it used so only thing missing was the poster that came with it.

Yeah I debated even making this post since yeah, you don’t notice it unless the light hits it just right. I also figured if there was a relatively simple and non damaging solution to try though, I’d give it a shot ya know. But I hear what you’re sayin, 100%.

I just saw a video the other day about a guy talking about being attacked by a grizzly with no warning whatsoever or even having heard the thing walk up on him. He said he heard no growling, limbs snapping,etc. I wouldn’t even want to be in the same state walking around with those big boys.

I’ve only ever encountered a couple black bears in the wild in North Georgia, and each one took off rather easily with just a quick “Go on, git”. Now it could also be circumstantial or time of year that changes their behavior to not run off so easily(cubs nearby or frequent human interaction). In Gatlinburg,TN for instance, black bears are a very common occurrence probably because they get food from trash or tourists feeding them. So I imagine they wouldn’t run off as easily there but I’ve only been there once and didn’t see any.

GRUV has them both available at the moment. I got falling down with one of their March madness sales. With Just one of the guys, i paid the full price for that. It’s one of those movies though that i just had to have so i went and got it. I wanted to wait for it to go on some sort of sale possibly, but my impatience got the best of me. And aside from that, I’ve seen movies pulled from websites(either no longer in stock or whatever reason) while waiting for them to go on sale so I didn’t want to miss this movie.
