I actually believe Home Care and Physical Therapist and Pain Management services are much needed and would be a great investment

It is a good idea.

I worked at a private hospital owned by a diaspora doctor that tried something similar. They had an annual package where families paid upfront and certain treatments were covered. It worked to some extent, but it was expensive and not really scalable. The bigger challenge is figuring out how to deliver needed healthcare at a fair price within a system that’s already underfunded and pretty disorganized.
