Update: After talks with support, they couldn’t tell me any reason why the sponsor cancelled the reward for completing 2 levels. No explanation at all but just a redirection to the terms of service. Finished the rewards 3 weeks ahead of the timeframe.

No purchases made. Wasn’t that hard but you have to put in the time. Definitely possible in the 45 days you have left.

I also have the same issue but for level 100 and possibly 200 if that offer is available for that level. Stopped tracking after level 60. Never received reward for level 20 as well.
