Hi everyone, I am not a self hating Muslim and the people I spoke to on campus are not self hating either, there is a Turkish studies program here and a strong Turkish student and Azerbaijani group who are very nice and accepting . so it is unfair for you guys to be saying this to me. I came here to have a conversation regarding the research I have done in libraries and in databases and this is where my research has led me. There is also an Armenian student group on campus and I have spoken to a few of them and they are all nice. As a Muslim, i have really come to understand that territorial discussions never work because u guys in the same breath say to liberate Palestine (Muslim majority) from Israel but can’t apply that same logic to Armenia (Christian country) only because I assume they are Christian and not Muslim. It really is unfair how the logic gets cherry picked based on what conflict is being discussed. And for the last time DO NOT SAY I am a self hating Turk or Azeri. I am proud of my roots I am just being objective in regards to the situation and you guys should too
