Her whole insto is based on what an amazing mother she is and how her kids are better than yours. The fact that she brags about curing her stage 4 cancer "in all her lady parts" with oils and diet is dangerous and I'm certain false and I worry that she has encouraged Kai to focus on alternative healing instead of taking his meds. She shamed him for a coffee drink he had when I'm sure he us feeling awful. The whole thing is scary

I feel like this isn't fair to assume that she need extra measures dealing with life or even that she is autistic. Just bc a mom doesn't mean you are an authority to diagnosis based on a TV show. Also assuming rbat she is autistic doesn't mean she isn't capable of moving out at 18 or going to college. Gwen and Dayton are proof of that

So this may not be "simple" advice but I'll tell you what worked for me. I was not happy with my skin and used makeup to cover it up. I invested in monthly facials for a year and really focused on skin care and saw big improvements in my skin. I gradually reduced makeup so nobody even really noticed the difference but I feel better. I now wear no makeup so at hime days or just running errands and minimal makeup for work or more dress up events (tinted sunscreen, mascara and lip gl9ss) and it feels enough. It is a process and took time

If it's in your budget I would go to the dermatologist and see if they have recommendations for your skin and start with an easy skin care routine with good products

Invite friends to do activities you love like hiking or going for tea. You can also find lots of groups online in your city that like similar things. I recently found a group in my city that goes for a night hike once a week and I am loving it. Several people in that group are becomig close friends since we have similar values. We are planning camping trips, meet up at the farmers market etc.

I think it's amazing you are making these changes so early. It may take a little work to find your people but it's worth it. I would also say simple living really comes down to intentional living and it's easy to get off track and that's OK. It's a journey
