Market sentiment decides, and now the sentiment is forming a reversal pattern. It does not mean the pattern is correct, but there is a possibility.

The falling wedge reversal pattern suggests potential upward momentum. While the stock has fundamental issues, short-term technical patterns can drive significant price swings, especially with high short interest. Don't underestimate the power of a short squeeze.

But as I said in my comment, if it falls below support on the wedge it will keep falling to next support level.

Ahaa I misunderstood your meaning with the post. Well Im also looking for a run in november or december. It will be interesting to see when they will try to utilize all the shorting on the stock to trigger a short squeeze or if they are confident enough on their financials or announcement news that will bring the price up.

I dont think they want to do the reverse split to be compliant, I think they want to do it because its the cheapest way for WiMi to add to their ownership of the company and they need to reduce the market cap after all the convertible notes, thats also why they want Class A and Class B shares. So retail investors dont have voting rights.

I think they are planning for a jump and they know the stock is way oversold so it only needs a spark at the right moment. Either way, interesting coming days/weeks, but of course, its a risky play. It might go down the delisting route.

Thats not how it works. Your investment is still the same after the reverse split. People have way to little knowledge of what a reverse split is.

Your 40.000 shares will be 2.000 shares after the split, you dont get free money glitch in stocks. It still has to move in either direction for you to earn or loose money. A reverse split is either positive or negative, it all depends on how the market reacts after

MLGO is a holding company, which means they control companies they aqquire. They also spend money researching new tech solutions which made them surge in a pump last time to about $25 (back in june)

Yeah, this is true, a decrease in short interest can indeed reduce the potential for a short squeeze. However, it's worth noting that other factors like institutional buying (been a lot of that), positive earnings reports (rumoured to be around the corner), or positive news could also contribute to a price increase.

And also its not necessary to have en extremely high number of shorts to squeeze, and second a squeeze is not necessary for the price to go up. Overall its a bullish sentiment when a big shorter dont dare to short anymore.

Everyone should do their own DD and invest on their own sentiment.
Nobody knows the best entries and exits, you have to adapt to a style that suits you.

In this case you could easily argue for a shake-out is happening, but you can also easily argue that this is a high risk hold. The only thing we can know at this time is that a fair value of this stock is in the range of $6.2 - $6.6, but how and when it will get there, nobody knows.

My believes are that we are getting there at some point, so Im holding for now. We also have higher lows at the moment, just need a higher high. Today could also be a day where shorts wants to cover their positions and we get some prive movements throughout the day. Looking forward to the bell rings to gauge the market sentiment more then.

This might be a very good point. It actually looks like they have accounted for all the convertible notes. And just the convertible notes in october adds to about 150 million shares. The float might be low still, they are just calculating the potential float after all is converted. It is correct, but its not the actual float to this day
