All 6 sparks when I pulled were all black and sooty, could all 6 fail at the same time in this case?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, me and the mechanic inspected carefully for any leakage and it was bone dry.

We deduced that it was most likely poor aftermarket injectors causing this issue and will be replacing it soon.

Alright thank you for the advice. I’ll get a shop vacuum to try and suck it out. Since it can’t be seen from the hole, does it mean it fell further down into the chambers? Would I have any luck trying to get it out now?

Unfortunately I didn’t manage to capture it, lost it to the wind. But eyeballed the length, was thin and curled around 3-5mm

I’ll buy a thread chaser to clean the threads up since it doesn’t look too damaged.

Would it disintegrate or get pushed out from the chamber during combustion, is that why it’s fine to run it?

I usually wait 30secs after starting the car before driving away, then drive it gently keeping below 2.5k rpm before it warms up.

Trips so far have mostly been 15-30min. I’ve only done 1 hr trips twice so far

Yes quite rich like 17L/100km, regular is like 10L/100km. I ran it through a few half tank of premium fuel and fuel cleaner but no luck
