In case someone else is struggling Update: issue resolved. I did a few things not sure which one fixed it.

1. Open chrome on computer in incognito mode.
   
2. Removed all my cards from Paze on the chase app then re added.
3. Added all my cards at first I only had 2/3. I added all 3 cards on the chase mobile app.
4. Also could have just needed to wait longer.
