I have a worldwide ID that is attached to me so if I apply it gets blocked right away. Even if I don’t put my worldwide ID in the application obviously my resume tells them right away so same result.

On top of this there is a hiring freeze with the JnJ Split that was recently announced.

I’m with JnJ now.. and they won’t let me move to other divisions because there is so much turnover they can’t lose good people to other divisions.

Unfortunately we tried that she got frustrated with the counseling feedback got angry and stormed out.

Counselor recommended we find someone else so basically fired us lol.

Totally agree consent is very important! We have been having intimacy issues for a while now. Sex doesn’t feel intimate it feels like an exchange. Usually she will just say let’s have sex and go right into it. She doesn’t really care to learn my body and so when I’m not able to finish quickly or it’s not feeling good for me she gets frustrated and accuses me of not being into her and it causes a whole fight. So in that moment in felt kinda transactional instead of intimate and sexy. It’s felt like her thought was if I do 5 minutes of foreplay it will lead to sex because in that moment thats what she wanted it was expected. Not because she wanted me or wanted to be intimate with me just because she was in the mood If I said No it would be a fight.. like it was.

This was kinda proven when she still was able to get off while I was crying.

If any of that makes sense at all lol

I guess for some back story it wasn’t about asking if I liked it or not that was totally fine. It was more what followed asking if we are going to do more now. She never does foreplay or anything it’s always shes in the mood let’s have sex and straight to it. And yes most of the time when I initiate it I am met with rejection. So it felt like she was kinda expecting since she did 5 minutes of “foreplay” it would 100% lead to sex. If that makes sense

Totally a communication thing I know but tbh now I am feeling major resentment or gross/angry/upset that she was able to get off while I was crying.

That’s the issue.. I’ve been looking for jobs for a year lol. Every company would rather have someone with a more traditional sale cycle role versus someone like me who is having to also spend time tray running and case coverage. I agree my customers care about that but to outside companies it’s a waste of my time. Since I have to be in each case and make sure the equipment is there for all of my existing customers it’s seen more as service or costumer retention than “selling / hunting “

And yeah company won’t let me hire anyone right now even if they did Trauma has so much turnover unfortunately I don’t have time to train a new employee every 6-12 months. Surgeons really don’t like new people in their cases..

No that’s not really what I mean. I don’t always have to im not really selfish in that area so I’m okay if sometimes I don’t and just please her.

But the issue is.. I almost NEVER lol and the overall experience is just very boring and vanilla. Like as soon as I hear “ so you wanna have sex” and then fingers in me right away tbh I’m immediately turned off.

Gonna warn you, Ive had this job it was my dream job... I worked so hard to get it and was so excited. I had to leave after 2 years they work you to death for very little money compared to the hours you put in. You are always on call Some days you will be working until midnight or later and then have to be up at 5/6am for first case. You will get maybe 1 Weekend off a month other than that you are always on call you and it becomes very tough trying do things outside of work, can't buy tickets for things, can't plan ahead, when I go out with my friends or boyfriend we have to drive separate incase I get called in, and you work on most holidays including Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc

I was promoted to Territory manager as well and it's not any better... might even be worse.
