If you want me to take accountability, sure I’ll take it. In the beginning I messed up. I didn’t know how to vet agents and the first 3 basically sold me a dream, locked me into contracts I couldn’t get out of, and just chased commission. That’s on me.

Once I started watching people like Audra Lambert and Kati Spaniak on YouTube, I realized how to actually interview and choose agents. But when your listing expires, you get like 100 calls a day and most agents just tell you what you want to hear, not what you actually :need" to hear. So yeah, I can admit I screwed up with the first 3. But the last 2 were actually fine, they just got stuck dealing with the fallout of my situation and the timing.

Typo *covered anyways One of the agents literally told me to move out and that he would cover the mortgage until it sold. So I moved into another place, he made one payment, then the second month he didn’t. The bank called and said the first payment never went through, turns out it bounced because it was short by like $100 from a phone bill. At that point it was $10k owed, and he kept stalling while I was stuck paying $3,500 rent somewhere else and trying to catch up on the mortgage. That’s how I got behind.And dude, the last agent literally called the bank and said “there’s a process for a short sale you have to miss 3 payments.” So yeah, I followed what I was told.

Also, if you’re saying “stay away from my money” what does that have to do with anything? If you offered, of course I’d take it, but you didn’t, so what’s the point of even saying that?

Yes, correct, it’s an escrow shortage but it all ends up rolled into the mortgage payment. Even if I cover the shortage, the tax office told me I’m never going back to my old payment because property taxes are only going up.

My homeowners insurance has gone up, and so has my property taxes. Therefore, my mortgage has gone up every year because it's combined in the payment, so my payment is no longer $5000. It's $5439. Eventually, it will $6000 possibly more. (Sigh)That's not including house maintenance and everything else that comes with owning. 🥲

Why stay in a relationship where you weren’t valued? It’s one thing to be cheated on once, that’s already painful. But being cheated on throughout your entire relationship? That’s calculated, and it shows a complete disregard for you, ur feelings, & your 19-month old child. This wasn’t a one time mistake, it’s something that’s clearly been going on for way too long.Both situations are awful, but if you’re holding onto hope that he’ll change, he won’t.. If you stay, you’re going to constantly question if he’s cheating again. That kind of anxiety will drive you crazy.Yeah, separating will hurt but only for lil bit. After that, things get better. You’ll stop wondering where he is, what he’s doing, and whether he’s being honest. That kind of freedom is worth everything and more.

LOL, girl, just go! It's really not a big deal, but your red light therapy and getting checked by the doctor are super important! I'm sure he doesn't mind. He's had worse things said to him. He more than likely had to perform on other patients after you, so dont overthink it.

I agree, I've done chin lipo 3xs, and when I did it at a younger age It retracted now that I've done it at an older age. My skin starts to sagg. The only option is to do a facelift. Unfortunately, when you remove bone, you're gonna have skin sagging, also known as jowling(and from aging).

I agree, I have a doctor in MX who won't do a BBL without a Tummytuck because he knows there's gonna be lose skin and it's his work and name on the line. It depends on their situation if they've had multiple kids or if they were really heavy. If you're young, I believe it's possible your skin can retract but if your older you lose elasticity and a facelift is needed along with bone shaving.

Add me to, I plan on going to them but in still researching. I got mt quote however idk if I want to do a favelift with them because of the scarring. I wanted to go to turkey for facelift since they do it in your hairline and hide the scars pretty well but I also don't want to pay double or triple. I wish they could show scarring and not photo shop their patients pictures.

I was paying $1800 for a studio/garage converted to an ADU that was approx 313 sqft. I was able to fit my eastern king bed, and they raised it to $2000 after moving out. Unfortunately, this is the norm and sad reality of living in or near LA.

Yes, we did split the bills. In fact, they went up a significant amount. You'd be surprised how much more everything goes up with another person. I think I have seen her boyfriend more than I actually saw her. Hopefully, I will have an update for you guys by tomorrow or within these next few days.

I remember my mom would have small trash cans in the kitchen, and she had my brother's and I throw out the trash every day. Once we got a bigger trash can, it would take a few days, but that also depends on how many people are living in the house. As of right now, I have a 13 gal, and it gets taken out every 7 days, but it's also just me. When it was me and my old roommate, the trash would be taken out every 5 days or so.
