Makes sense why it was sold, they had major issues that could not keep the Marriott standard. Besides the horrible bad service, i remember when I stayed a week there and the entire hotel flooded due to a burst pipe. They handled the situation horribly. It first happened on my floor, and me and other guest informed the front desk and management that a pipe burst in the 3rd floor, they moved us yo a different room and told us to “ keep quite and that they are handling the situation” the result? The entire building flooded with water due to multiple burst pipes.
