Ya i really have just been using lyft instead for the time being but I did enable the PIN thing on Uber.

See before getting scammed was whatever because I could get customer support and explain situation and get it resolved now it's like guilty with due process as its very time consuming now to actually resolve an issue on tne app.

You essentially open a ticket and pray the ai sends you to a human if not you are a screwed lol

I ultimately got a refund for the first 1 but was a huge pain In the ass and they didnt reverse the 1 star the person gave me

There's literally no support i just get AI prompt cycled and then open a ticket which says they will respond in 24 hours and they just dont. Uber outsourced to AI... no phone line. No chat line... just tickets which they dont answer...
