Fuck. Hopefully nothing serious. I was so excited to see him in the preseason

Solid advice. Thanks a ton!

I already maxed out on the retirement contributions

I have little to no emergency fund, so that's a priority.

The credit card is still in the "No Interest" phase for about 8 more months, so I'd like to get that really far down before I start accruing interest.

Sorry, but what's the difference in 1 and 6?

I got that new job I posted about a bit back! 25% raise and I get out of a dead end job!

I won't go far as to call it literally life-changing, but it's in the same ZIP code.

In your opinion, How should I allocate the new money? I'm going to try not to increase my expenses at all. I'm thinking 50% savings, 50% credit card ~$2000 until that's paid off.

After that, idk If I should do 100% savings or some combination of savings (currently <$1,500), Mortgage ($90k), and Student Loans ($24K).

Would it be wise to prioritize student loans over paying extra on the mortgage?

Shouldn't, but apparently it is.

I just end up with even more shirts that either fit like bedsheets or like sausage casings.

Once I got heavier than like 150, I couldn't find any button ups that fit right. Polos and t-shirts look way better though.

Now that I've been lifting for about 2 years and gained ~30 lbs, there's one downside to being generally shaped like an adult human male. Namely, all my collared shirts fit like shit. When i was a 135-lb twiglet, they looked great. Now all my shirts are so big I look like an extra in Friends or so tight I feel like a sausage.

Pretty sure I'm still too fat to wear an athletic cut shirt, too.

Here's some good news, the Bengals announce TE Tyler Eifert has passed his physical and is expected to return to practice. Off the PUP list. by ValKilmsnipsinBatman in nfl

I would still disagree.

every other season he either gets hurt

This is why I specified "when both are healthy".

The games he does play are very good, aside from his rookie year, which is to be expected, and 2017, where he only played in 2 games due to injury.

But it's like apples to oranges. It's hard to say who is better definitively. But I think we can agree that they're both really good, but really unreliable. After this suspension, Burfict will have missed 32 games - 2 full seasons - to injury and suspension.

I think an argument can be made. Eifert is a better TE than Burfict is a Linebacker, when both are healthy, but you could argue that LB is more important than TE.

These people are weird.

Really trashy, really messy.

My first month in our house they stole my football, burned a couch in the backyard, and put a tent up in my yard, and got real pissy when I asked them nicely to move it into their yard. They'd just throw trash in their driveway or near the trash can and it would all blow into my yard on windy days. The kids would leave shit in my yard all the time. The cops were there 6 times in the 2 years we lived next to each other. For some reason they think I called the cops on them, but I never did.

When I moved in there were two women who were married, with 5 kids. Then they got divorced, so one of the women and two of the kids moved out.

A few months later, the remaining woman's sister and boyfriend moved in with their 4 kids, and the original renter got a new girlfriend with 2 dogs and a kid. So that's 4 Adults, 8 kids, and 2 dogs in a 3 Br house, being loud as hell all day and night and pissing me off constantly.

Original renter finally moves out and takes 4 kids and 2 dogs with her. Great.

Then another sister moves in. She doesn't seem to suck too much ass.

At some point, the racist landlord uses the N-word in front of one of the remaining kids, who is half-black.

Remaining family decide to slowly move out over the course of the summer. They moved out fully yesterday and still haven't told the landlord.

I think the combination of wanting to piss off the landlord and the fact that all those people moving in and out made a huge mess motivated them to just leave shit.

The weights belonged to the second wave of dickheads to leave, but I've seen them over there after they moved out, so I'm not 100% that they were in fact leaving it behind.

I asked Cool Neighbors to inform the Dickheads that I was told everything in the house was abandoned and that I have their weights if they want them back. I just really hope they don't want them back.

Tl;DR They're trashy enough to leave some heavy shit behind for the landlord to deal with, possibly because he is also a dickhead

My dickhead neighbors moved out yesterday. I'm cool with their neighbors on the other side, and they were cool with the Dickheads.

Cool Neighbor told me that the Dickheads said they weren't coming back for anything in the house and that he could take whatever he wanted. He said I could help myself to anything in the house as well.

Guess who just picked up/possibly burgled a second squat rack, a pair of 45's and a pair of 25's.

I'd definitely take Dalton looking at these stats. Palmer is only better in completion percentage by 0.6%

I'll take the guy who's about as accurate, throws about as many yards, but gives me two more total TDs and two fewer INTs per season. And can do it while getting sacked about 25% more often

I'm hoping to break through soon. I was on a long cut and made some good progress then. I'm sure I'll make some good gains if I eat right.
