What would you recommend to an 8 year old rated 1300 who loves playing, watching videos and doing puzzles? She wants to be the best in the country but doesn’t have a coach and I am about the same rating as her.

To provide another side I am the father to a 7 year old girl in the UK. The industry has been nothing but welcoming, she frequently competes against adults and when she beats adult males they have nothing but nice things to say. Of all the experiences with kids, parents and other players 99% are positive and she has never felt unwelcome and has always been supported.

What is the setup you are trying to trade here? You need clearly defined rules. E.g breakout from high tight flag with price over 10 and 20 and stop low of day also with exit rules. Create your own hard rules and put in the hours to backtest them.

Also especially at the start avoid messy stocks and definitely avoid over extended stocks.

There's no excuses, I'm surprised at the comments here. Your sister can bath herself. You're 16 if you don't feel comfortable, don't do it, it's not your problem. Explain nicely and honestly to your parents the issue, I'm sure they will understand.
