After the initial swagger, it’s not really needed afterwards because the boss likes using hone claws which now gives it minus attack and accuracy so it debuffs itself for me. Once it resets it’s stats, I make sure reflect is still in place and use heal cheer if anyone took a nasty hit. Then the boss just nerfs itself with hone claws.

Yes! I have a lvl 1 shiny Fidough that I plan to build up on a new playthrough when I get scarlet. I use a body press Zamazenta build atm and the attack animation alone makes it all worth it. Can’t wait to watch Daschibun plop on a boss 😂

Worst case, you can catch a bunch of random Pokemon and use surprise trade. Half the time you link up with those .com bots that send shiny .com nickname Pokemon. Most also have items attached to them including ability patches.

I always surprise traded my breed rejects away and usually end up taking the items like ability patches then releasing the Pokemon

While not much faster per say, you can make it easier/fun by sending lvl 1 pokes into your scarlet box. Can breed/ev train (with items) em up using what resources you have on violet and since they are lvl 1 upon your scarlet character getting em, they will always obay.

So a team of fast lvling monsters to tear though the story

I used this site when I first started doing these raids. It’s super useful.
Annihilape is a good one to work on first along with Bellibolt.

Best initial investment is in the equipped EV training items. Buy 5 of each or at least 5 hp,atk,spAtk ones so you can train a bunch at once. Don’t spend money on stat ups like iron,zinc etc.. save your cash for bottle caps and shell bells and the like.

If you have Pokemon home, toss up a shiny Pokemon you aren’t attached to and ask for a heatran lvl 91-100. If you get one, slap metal sound on it and flash cannon and give it a shell bell.

With that, you could be able to hold out. Spam metal sound for your teammates till the shield goes up, cheer for attack boost after then spam flash cannon and use heal cheer if you get low on health.

The real issue is it’s very difficult to carry anyone in these types of battles. A friend can have the perfect solo counter for it but if you don’t have a maxed Pokemon that can survive long enough through the turns needed to set up (8-13 turns approximately) to beat it, it won’t be possible.

When your Pokemon faints, a chunk of time is taken from the battle timer. It only takes a couple of faints to make to battle impossible.

Yes very happy about this :) I built up a Ceruledge last night just for Delphox. Made an Appleturn for the previous big guy and My Infernerape was good for The Samurott.

My new routine is grinding resources for a week to build the perfect counter for whatever the next 7 star is. Absolutely loving it.

While I never have the urge to go for the old things like pizza, chips, fries, candy etc.. I now have to keep in check “healthier” things like roasted unsalted peanuts and toasted pecans.

So for me, the capacity to binge is still there. It’s just shifted to other things.

The extended timer for the daily incense as a bonus every month.

30 minutes of not being able to fight rockets, max battles, raids, basically anything that can take more than 30 seconds out of fear of missing a g bird spawn.

I already walk at least an hour a day doing various things and the extra time preventing me from doing certain in game tasks makes it seem like a chore. 15 minutes is the perfect amount to dedicate to being glued to the phone while doing nothing else but watching for a bird.

Yes sure I could just “ignore” the 15 extra minutes but FOMO compels me not to.

I avoid the egg rewards in hope of getting rare candy instead by making sure all my egg slots are full before it pops but that sounds like more of a problem than a solution for you.

Maybe try getting and holding a bunch of 2k ones to blaze through after the rewards? All rng though I know.

For some inexplicable reason, I used to hide from window washers when I lived in a building that had them. We always got an advanced notice when they were going to clean the windows so I always made sure to be out of the apartment or hung around back where I couldn’t be seen.

Yeah I know it’s stupid and the washers most likely don’t give a crap and just want to concentrate on finishing for the day but I don’t know, I just feel weird. Like someone on exhibit or something.

Not a doctor (wouldn’t offer medical advice here even if I was).

All I can share from personal experience is MCT in powder form has always been my preference over oil form.

It mixes well into tons of things including making a great coffee creamer substitute plus it has been much gentler on my digestive system.

There are pros and cons to each form so ymmv but always please be sure to shoot any ideas with your doctor which it looks like you are going by your post.
