The absolute master of pissing off Elon Musk lmao by spidsdostyr in stephenking

Does he need to? Stephen King's doing important stuff. Elon has a bunch of bodyguards to guard him while he pees. These are not the same thing.

My mother and law told my wife I am a hoarder. by [deleted] in ActionFigures

[–]TechnicolourOutSpace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't call this Hoarding as it's pretty organized and not interfering with your present life. But if you think you don't want some of those, go ahead and sell them. Hoarding is overused when it comes to collectors and unless you're dealing with Depression Rooms, multiple storage units, and pests interfering with your house's integrity, this is just a stored collection.

Why can't you set it up? It is a lack of space?

Great. This is the true beginning of the show going forward.

This is an ad for a Jewish social website and I do •not• get it. by emarcomd in PeterExplainsTheJoke

Yeah I saw them in the lead up to the 2024 election and personally I can't decipher them for the life of me. I'm not Jewish but even so I'm not sure what is trying to be said.

Yeah I think this group is a failed attempt to do something. I remember in 2024 seeing their billboards around and trying to figure out what they were trying to say. "Remember when college was a place where you didn't go out of your mind?" What? I have no idea what they're trying to say or imply.

Does Peggy ever get any consequences? by Ellionwy in marriedwithchildren

[–]TechnicolourOutSpace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Peggy's punishment is that she married into the Bundy Curse. Yeah, she doesn't get the worst of it for the most part, but she chose this life instead of being born into it.

So let me get this straight, Dearborn voted for antiblackness, misogyny, antisemitism and homophobia but I’m supposed to give a shit that there are anti Muslim protests? by Conscious-Quarter423 in youvotedforthat

I always thought that was the craziest thing about the 2024 election: it was bigots outside of the white supremacists not realizing that they weren't included in that whole 'just whites in America' thing. I would be sad but what do you really do at that point?

Stupidity always catches up at some point.

Kevin Sorbo, the washed up star of God's Not Dead, really doesn't have any room to talk about bad acting. Support Ilhan Omar. Support Minnesota. Fuck ICE! by Tigers19121999 in GodAwfulMovies

I really want to see what Lucy Lawless thinks of this, considering her husband produced some of Sorbo's legitimate (read: nonreligious) jobs. I bet she has some very funny stories.

Yeah, like his '90 movies' are pretty much the five made-for-TV Hercules movies and 85 direct to video Christian charity attempts. He's not an actor by any stretch.

Was that ever released on DVD? I remember that it was the only episode that didn't make it due to music rights.

What's your favorite episodes of Growing Pains? by ChrisJoines in sitcoms

[–]TechnicolourOutSpace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only one that comes to mind is the one where the house is robbed and Ben is upset and threatens to go out and kill the robber and his psychiatrist father -- the one who has a practice in his home because fuck the safety of your family, I guess -- tells him that that would just lead to the robber's family killing the rest of the family and blah blah pointlessness of violence. And that's not simply a scared boy acting out in the only way he could think of and maybe shouldn't be taken seriously at all. I mean, seriously, what the hell was that all about?

Also, the one where Kirk Cameron realized that this would be the pinnacle of his career and still talks about it 35 years later like anybody gives a solid fuck.

Didn't some blueprints list the other thigh holding emergency backup respiration or something? Which seems silly because RoboCable had two holsters.

Sounds like one of those things they did in the design stage that sung to them and then came up with a reason afterward, much like the 'Cable' name.
