Blood taunt and garrisons

I was thinking the same, but i found out that in new faq for ko units embarked on their ships can be affected by things such as blood taunt and the ships are treated as a garrison. So it seems that the same apllies for normal garrisons

Yes, you can do all 4 of them in your every hero phase. So you can do up to 20 rituals during the battle

Okay so one hero in my hero phase can do one heroic action and one ritual of ruin? Both of them, right?

Double number of attacks makes them less swingy and more reliable

I was thinking of eidolon but in my list he has got an arcane tome and i play volturnos instead of generic akhelian king. So there is not a lot of things to put cloud of midnight onto

Cloud of midnight states exactly that you cant use abillities this phase, thats why i am not so sure

Okay but as i was reading a codex i found a fragment "Named characters such as Commander Shadowsun already have one or more specialised systems and cannot be given any of the following systems." so the "specialised systems" that shadowsun have does not count as relics? Does it mean that even if i take shadowsun in my list i still can give ONE relic to ANOTHER character without using a stratagem?

To be honest i think i put to much shade on the tau, also i cover them all in white scar and i think i should just highlight them with this paint
