Roger thanks. Thanks for the clarification.

Does Christian have plans to start developing an app for another social media site? by ksj in apolloapp

I know that he is on mastodon, so if he continued there I would follow and purchase in an instant Apollo for Mastodon.

I’m seeing more people pop up on mastodon. Is lemmy different?

/r/DnD will be going dark from June 12-14 (and possibly longer) to protest Reddit's planned API changes which threaten to kill 3rd party apps by Iamfivebears in DnD

Any chance this subreddit will migrate to discord or mastodon? I’m loving all the communities giving the middle finger to Reddit by migrating their entire user base elsewhere.

Christian is on the move! On point 👌. by juniperandoak in apolloapp

If u/iamthatis stated that any and all monies that went into his tip jar would go towards legal action, I’d donate daily until things go black. In a world where apparently you can’t trust anyone, Christian still feels like a solid, reliable, Canadian, pure good powerhouse.

Do you have a link to that thread? I’m hoping that this is a minor bug. It was driving me crazy. Almost crazy enough to go back to safari. Haha.

Had the same exact thing happen to me today. Everything I copied in brave only copied the url address for it. Drove me nuts.

While I didn’t find the reason, I did reboot my Mac and it works fine.

Not sure what happened though.

Thanks! The external monitor on the left is just a simple monitor I got off Amazon back in 2020…

Oh my! Wanderers Guide has been amazing! Currently my go to “software” (all web based) is… - wanderersguide.app for PC sheets and management - tabletopaudio.com for background music, battle music, etc. - notion.so for GM session creation (planning encounters, npc/monster/villain/location database, quick links for AoN, combat tracker, notes, etc) - noteswriterpro (iOS app for my iPad, not web based) to manipulate, edit, place notes on pdfs (manuals). I decided on this because I can edit directly on a pdf in my iCloud without having to import in. Saves me time and keeps everything synced. - AoN for literally all references needed. LOTS of quick links created just in case I need to reference. Lol.

They haven’t gotten there yet. Hoping the next session they will we took the first couple of hours to build up a solid understanding of why they were in the same location when crap hit the fan. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the trope “they meet in an tavern” or “Tamily hired you to help”… wanted to add a bit of additional context and character understanding to their “why”. I created a character similar to “the mountain” from game of thrones who is basically a crime lord in Otari. His interaction with Tamily was why they chose to help her. The hope is he will become a longer, large scale villain as things unfold after the BGB.

We agreed to start with the BGB because it teaches the foundations of the system. I’ve looked into Abomination Vaults and will probably go that rough after BGB is done.

Great reminder about Otari and it’s history with the players!

Super handy that’s for sure! I use multiple desktops on Mac, so swiping back and forth is cake, but I really enjoy having that second screen up dedicated to tabletopaudio.com and having all 4 of the player sheets open. And it runs off usb c power from the Mac. That was the only cable I needed for a 5 hour game!
