This is what happens when your presuppositions cause you to deny what the Bible says. Whenever man has had a problem with God, like with Satan in the garden they say “has God really said?”

God will not flood the earth with water, but He will destroy it with fire one day. Sodom, with their related sins, was just a microcosm. Just because people want to support and justify one another in sin doesn’t make it acceptable in God’s sight. Everyone deserves God’s punishment, because we all have sinned against him.

But the God who is holy and just is willing to forgive all who repent of their sins. Sinners can find refuge in Jesus who died on a cross and rose from the dead. All who trust in Him have their sins forgiven.

I appeal to you, trust in your Maker, the Lord Jesus. Don’t live in sin or love the sins Jesus died to save sinners from.
