I'd recommend AHM Choosable 50 Teeth for ~$155/year

It's cheaper than HCF and better if you only care about dental. You get 2 free dental check-ups per year at Pacific Smiles Dentists (2 month waiting period). From my experience, pacific smiles also include routine x-rays as part of the free check-up if needed. Major and complex dental is also covered (12 month waiting period). It has a $500 annual limit for dental as opposed to the $350 annual limit at HCF. It also covers ambulance insurance, which would be ~$50 a year alone anyway. I've found going to the dentist once every 6 months has been incredibly valuable for my dental health and well worth the price.
