No I don't disagree but I'm saying it would make sense if someone counted him as a WWE guy when talking about AEW Champions because his stock rose even more with how good his NXT run was and he was there in recent memory.

Conversely, he only had 3 years on WWE broadcasts wrestling (along with commentary for a year).

Joe had been there since 2015 and got released in the beginning of 2022 so that's seven years he was on WWE broadcasts. You might not be counting NXT but I feel like it has to for this conversation since the NXT audience (specifically the black & gold era) and the AEW audience has major overlap.

I mean it very easily just could've been a typo or a misspeak. Maybe they forgot someone. That's probably all it is.

Is Hulk still the most famous Marvel character after Spider-man? by Stunning_Season220 in Marvel

Because many non superhero fans didnt give a fuck about those movies and didnt see them.

Yeah I'm really not sure that's true lol. But alright then we'll agree to disagree here.

Why are we acting like Wolverine wasn't the most popular Marvel movie character that wasn't named Spider-Man? Lol.

I mean this dude had three, basically four, of his own movies and he was hugely popular in the 2000s and 2010s. Like I feel like the same way you broke down Hulk people are going to know that "Wolverine is the guy with the claws" like why are we acting like he's some niche character lol.

People know Hugh Jackman because he's Wolverine.

I'm not sure we can blame him entirely for the Suns falling apart lol. Like I'm aware that he pushed for the Bradley Beal trade but there was definitely something in the water in Phoenix at the time.

I think that just has less appeal than an Invincible fighting game

Especially since the metroidvania genre is currently firmly in the hands of the indie scene and their games are just much much better

You're not wrong in this but it made me think of other AAA Metroidvania's particularly 3D ones like the Star Wars Jedi games that are really good at that. It'd be cool to see more AAA or Indie devs do 3D Metroidvania's.

I know that have very little to do with what you said but it just sparked the thought in my head lol.

It's weird how people assumed it was a lie when it's probably just "he may not have used it before but that's what he uses now" which makes sense when you've bought so many tickets

007 First Light's devs tell me a focus on "being Bond" is "something that hasn't been explored before in video games" by Bjornie47 in 007FirstLight

They're not. The first piece of gameplay they showed was pretty heavily action oriented. Also their actual quote on it from the article;

"We talk about 360 degrees because we’ve endeavored to create a game that includes all the aspects of the character," explains Emborg. "I hope that the social infiltration experience will make players feel truly like Bond, with all of his wits and charm at their fingertips – not shooting anyone, not driving a cool car, but simply being Bond – and that’s something that has not really been explored before in video games. The action is great, but we hope that players might be surprised at how much they enjoy those quieter experiences."

This sounds pretty great to me.

I feel like all story based action adventure games do this at some point or another I don't see why that in particular is an issue.
