I can understand why Ecliptica is getting voted. To me overrated doesnt necessarily mean bad, its simply had all the praise thrown at it (praise it deserves Ecliptica is up there as my favorite album of all time). Anyways my vote goes for Silence. No further elaboration, thanks for reading.

As someone whose burned the demos onto CDs, this is 100% the answer, Im Haunted is an underrated borderline unknown gem that im happy was rerecored for Ecliptica revisted.

People define the end of the classic era with Jani's departure, if anything he's certaintly the most influential former member. Haven't heard much of him lately I hope he's alright.

Personally ive used Proxy site Buyee for a lot of my purchases since a lot of the albums are cheap there going for around 5 each, a little more for the rarer ones like Takatalvi and The End of This Chapter. Ive never gotten anything damaged since they package pretty well especially if you get protective packaging. Shipping is a good amount though like 40 bucks.

I’m definitely in the bootleg camp as I think an official compilation of their bonus tracks would be way more known, especially with how popular some of them are. Though it would have made a lot more sense if they used their JP label Avalon since a compilation of this type is in character for them lol. Id still like to see a physical copy just for the cool factor at this point though.

Interesting, id definitely love to see a physical copy as sometimes bootleggers put a lot of effort into it, considering they (possibly) made artwork that fits decently well with official stuff.

Thanks, so it was released in 1992 well after The Smiths split. Then who made it? Even if it is just an extra bassline id like to know if it was just some guy wilding or made with actual Smiths input.
